Day/Lead Porter
The position will carry out routine cleaning and minor maintenance requirements in lobbies, vestibules, laundry rooms, corridors and restrooms to maintain high levels of cleanliness. Position will also Perform interior and exterior window cleaning activities; scheduled hard surface floor maintenance work, which includes floor preparation, power scrubbing, manual or power stripping, waxing, sealing and buffing activities; janitorial activities as necessary for the proper completion of scheduled work of personnel under his/her direction. Roving Technician/General Mechanic
This position reports directly to the client representative to receive specific instructions regarding various general building and property maintenance requests, inspections, periodic repairs and scheduled visits to prescribed facilities. The incumbent is expected to be a responsible individual capable of maintaining good attendance, punctuality habits and physical appearance. HVAC Technician
This position will be a responsible individual who shall report directly to the FSP Project Manager if applicable. He/she will have some managerial abilities to maintain all work order records, vehicle maintenance histories and equipment information within their assigned region or account. His/her duties shall include responding to scheduled PM Service agreements, service calls on equipment and emergency response coverage. He/she shall have a working knowledge of HVAC, Central air distribution systems, Residential HVAC equipment and a variety of HVAC building environmental controls. This position may have other personnel assigned to them to perform a variety of general and HVAC functions.
