Ted Brunelli, President

With nearly 25 years of experience in management, Ted Brunelli, has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to direct multi-faceted companies to targeted success. His proven leadership, adept organizational skills, and distinct communication abilities enhanced the profit margin and market growth for each of the companies for which he worked. Now as a partner and president of Facility Services Partners, LLC, (FSP) he lays these honed talents as the foundation for building FSP into an even more successful company.

As Vice President of Operations for Main-Tech, a company with over 300 employees nationwide, he administered finance, field operations, engineering, customer relations and human resources. In his ten year tenure his strong negotiation skills and ‘bottom-line’ focus led to a strategic plan he designed and implemented, which grew the company from a regional $600K business into a nationally recognized company of $25 million. Under his guidance the company became the first service company in the industry to receive ISO 9000 certification in twelve months.

An 11-year tenure as Engineering/Construction/Facilities Manager for AT&T, he developed skills in leading a multi-functional team, and was responsible for supervising all aspects of engineering, construction, and maintenance. Of particular note, is the team he led that designed and built a ‘turn-key’ laboratory facility of 300,000 sq. ft. that was completed on schedule and under budget.

A New Jersey native, Ted received a business degree from Rutgers University. To further enhance his management abilities, he has participated in several senior management development courses at the Wharton School of Business.

Pete Petersen, Sr. Vice President-Operations

Twenty plus years of facility management experience and a desire to build a superior facility management company, led Pete Petersen to co-founding Facility Service Partners, LLC (FSP). His unique experience includes senior management positions in both corporate and service contractor environments with an emphasis on evaluation, organizational dynamics and effective utilization of resources. His propensity to exceed clients' expectations has been demonstrated throughout his employment history by successfully leading and managing field staff, while improving operational efficiency, and managing costs.

Prior to FSP's origination, Pete was Director of Operations at CSI International, where he expanded company efforts toward provisioning corporate facility management consulting activities, and capital management services as well as managing budget and personnel. He designed and implemented a proprietary computerized labor management system, plus collaboratively developed marketing and business development programs.

During his eight years at MainTech Corporation, Pete helped build the start-up company to a successful $25 million organization. He established operational and field safety procedures, as well as developed a base line training program. Additionally, he was responsible for service proposals, cost analysis, and operational budgets for multiple Fortune 500 clients.
